MY Wellness
The MY MAYR MED Resort has an in-house wellness area with a Finnish sauna (approx. 90°C) and a sanarium approx. (60°C), a microsalt cabin with infrared lounger, infrared chairs and a heat bench with Kneipp foot baths.
MY GYM
Our concept envisages exercise as an essential component for a healthy cardiovascular system and a strong immune system. In our MY GYM area, in addition to competent sports medical support, the latest training equipment is also available to you.
MY BEAUTY
Enjoy various facial programmes at MY Beauty, from HYDRA FACE ONE to remove old impurities and dirt, to COLD PLASMA for problem skin and MICRONEEDLING for a fresh, firm complexion. With the help of a computer-assisted scan, a skin analysis is carried out before the facial treatment.
