MY SPA
The MY MAYR MED Resort has an in-house wellness area with a Finnish sauna (approx. 90°C) and a sanarium approx. (60°C), a microsalt cabin with infrared lounger, infrared chairs and a heat bench with Kneipp foot baths.
MY GYM
Our concept envisages exercise as an essential component for a healthy cardiovascular system and a strong immune system. In our MY GYM area, in addition to competent sports medical support, the latest training equipment is also available to you.
