Hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy

This modern option for cell tuning is called interval hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy or IHHT for short. With the help of a special device, oxygen-poor and oxygen-rich air is administered alternately through a mask, imitating a stay at high altitudes (over 4000m).
