Are you tense at work or under stress in your private life and are you looking for complete relaxation and regeneration? Then you've come to the right place at the energy filling station in the MY MAYR MED Resort. In three days you will get to know an individual development program that will get you back on track. A balanced mix of energizing and relaxing treatments is the turbo for body and mind. The entire treatment is rounded off by the unique vital cuisine in our restaurant.
As part of altitude training, we will figuratively take you to the mountains and really clean and revitalize your cells. The result is an increase in vitality and improved stress resistance. The two infusions you receive are real “men’s infusions” with a special amino acid mixture to maximally support regeneration in the cellular area. By the way, infusions achieve effective effective levels faster and better, an important prerequisite for strength from within and more energy and vitality.
Another tip: Leave your laptop and cell phone at home. You can still reach us in an emergency.
